How long does a detailing service take, and what is included?
when you book a service with us, your operator will let you know the timings of the service provided and you can always ask one of the team how long each service will take

We accept all major payment methods, including cash, credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and contactless payments for your convenience.

Can detailing remove scratches and swirl marks from my car's paint?
Professional detailing can significantly reduce or even eliminate many light swirl marks, minor scratches, and surface imperfections through machine polishing and paint correction. Our skilled technicians carefully restore your vehicle's paintwork by removing a fine layer of clear coat, revealing a smoother, glossier finish beneath. While deeper scratches that penetrate beyond the clear coat may require more extensive repair but a member of our team will asses your specific scenario.
Do you come to me or do I have to travel?
we are both mobile and unit based, typically any paint enhancement work will be carried out at the unit (the off quay building, Ouseburn) and any valeting work would be serviced at your desired location
Do you have same-day appointments?
we do offer same day emergency appointments at a fee and if any operator is available, a lot of H2O's customers are rather flexible so its always worth an ask if you're in a tight spot!
What are your hours of operation?
MON - FRI: 8:00 - 17:00
SAT/ SUN: 9:00 - 16:00
out of hours and bank holidays available at a fee.
Do you sell gift certificates?
if you'd like to gift a valet or make someones day and gift a ceramic coating you will receive a personalised gift certificate with the name and any message you would like.

do you need access to water and electricity
we do not need access to water or electricity to service your vehicle as our vans are kitted out will high power generators and large water tanks.
